Description

The Michigan Trail Survey Project is an attempt to provide active, comprehensive information about hiking, biking, skiing and other multi-use trails in Michigan at no cost. Trails in this section are not intended to include ORV, snowmobile, equestrian, or similar trails. Generally, if a trail is open to hiking or can reasonably accommodate hiking, the trail is subject to inclusion here. Maps of Michigan Trails are authored by the team or by the trail authority.

Every attempt is made to field survey and field check each trail. The Fortune Bay Expeditionary Team and its affiliated groups cannot be held responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided.

Although every attempt is made to verify the trails on this site are open to public use, their can be no guarantee that the corridor is constructed to accommodate public use.

Every attempt is made to provided the user with contact information for the trail authority. The Project encourages you to contact the trail authority to confirm critical information.
